What is Zero Dwell Time?

In cyber security, dwell time is the amount of time a threat or attack is present in the system before it is caught and mitigated. Zero dwell time is the idea of blocking an attack as soon as it is attempted and thus preventing it from spending any time (dwell time) in the system. Ensuring zero/near zero dwell time is a strength of DPP, which has an ability deterministically spot and mitigate attacks that get into the system in milliseconds that is virtually unmatched in our industry.
