Thomas Schaeffer is VP of People. He has over 35 years of experience leading people operations, helping scale six technology companies from startup through IPO and beyond. Several of these IPO technology companies included Synopsys, StrataCom/Cisco, Juniper Networks, and, most recently, NIO.
Thomas holds a BS degree from the University of San Francisco and a MS degree in Organizational Development/Human Resource Management from Chapman University. Tom has been a frequent speaker at numerous human resource management conferences and published articles in Business Journal, Human Resource Management, and The Wall Street Journal.
